1. WEEKLY CONNECTION — Each week, a channeled recording addresses the patterns your soul is asking you to work with. You stay engaged, not waiting two weeks between sessions.
2. STRUCTURED INTEGRATION — Weekly PDF materials give you practices, prompts, and reflection work — so the insight doesn't stay as just "interesting information."
3. DIRECT SOUL CHANNELING — Twice a month, we meet 1:1 where I channel a meditation that brings you to your own soul. You see, for yourself, what wants to shift.
